RECYCLED INNER TUBE BEAUTY CASE BAG

I made this with used inner tube and I folded the inside with fabric.
   MATERIAL: _used inner tube;
                       _fabric;
                       _zipper.
   TOOLS: _scissors;
                 _sewing machine.

Step 1: SEW INNER TUBE AND CUT IT

Sew inner tube together (use some oil on the upper part of the inner tube to allowed a better running of the sawing machine), cut a big rectangle for the body of the purse and two little square for the sides. You can use another beauty case bag for template or made one of paper for have a right pattern.

Step 2: PIN FABRIC TO INNER TUBE

Pin the fabric to the inner tube.

Step 3: SAW THE ZIPPER TO THE MAIN RECTANGLE

Saw the zipper to the main rectangle, take out one by one the pins while sawing.

Step 4: ADD a LITTLE PIECE OF INNER TUBE ON THE SIDES OF THE ZIPPER

Add a little square or oval piece of inner tube on both sides of the zipper (closed), for eliminated every open space.

Step 5: SAW PIECES TOGHETHER

Saw pieces together inside out, take out pins while sawing. 
On a side of the zipper you can saw a short piece of street bike inner tube (picture 2)

Step 6: YOU ARE DONE!

Did your sewing machine make it through the tabs on the end? thats like at least six layers of rubber!
