IT'S RAINING BatMEN Easy Halloween Costume

If you need to make a Halloween costume without spending a lot of money and time, then this costume „IT'S RAINING batMEN” is for you! (I think everyone knows the song "It's Raining Men".)

Supplies

an umbrella,
black paper A4 (or paper, black paint and a brush),
photos (head shots) of batman actors or men portraits (5 : 7 cm),
PVA glue,
fishing line,
a needle,
a pencil,
scissors.

Step 1: Making Bats

You need: black paper (or paper, black paint and a brush), scissors, a pencil.

You can make different bats: simple bats or origami bats. Depending on the desire and the time you have, choose which version of the bat you will make or do both.

Making Simple Bats

Draw bats with a minimum size of 15 cm on paper (use stencils). Cut out the bats.

Making Origami Bats

Cut a square out of paper (sides 21 cm) and fold it according to the pattern (see photos or find a YouTube video).

Make at least 10-14 bats.

If you did not use black paper, then paint the bats black and let them dry.

Step 2: Making Bat-Men

You need: photos (head shots) of batman actors or men portraits (print them or use magazines), scissors, glue, the bats made in the previous stage.

Cut the faces (heads) of batman actors or men off (the number of faces should correspond to the number of the bats).

Glue the men faces (heads) to the bats.

Step 3: Assemble the Costume

You need: an umbrella, fishing line, scissors, a needle, the Bat-Men made in the previous stage.

Cut pieces of fishing line at least 30 cm long. The length of pieces of fishing line can be different (so that the Bat-Men hang at different levels). The number of pieces of fishing line should correspond to the number of the Bat-Men.

Attach one piece of fishing line to the each Bat-Man: glue to simple Bat-Men or tie to the origami Bat-Men (make holes using a needle).

Open your umbrella. Tie the other ends of the fishing line evenly to the ribs of the umbrella.
