Introduction: In the Near Future, I Will Solve Roll-over and Tip-over Problem by Designing Not Only a Forklift But Also Creating Warehouse Dolly Robot System.

INTRO- I investigated an unfixable accident related to forklifts in the warehouse. It is also true that the number of tip over and roll over incidents is decreasing. However, my conclusion is not to balance the weight through the heavy engine, which is the solution of the existing forklift, but to solve this problem perfectly by applying a new look and method. You will be able to prove it in the near future.

BODY- I studied the center of gravity and the stability triangle by looking into the advantages and disadvantages of the existing forklift. By solving this part, it will be possible to reduce the existing accident rate and introduce a new warehouse system. Can a forklift solve this problem alone? But isn't it too big a problem to add another machine or system? Then, can we solve this problem by helping each other smartly, showing teamwork, and designing efficiently? I designed it by asking myself many questions. Inspired by the design, performance, and advantages of the existing Toyota forklift and the vision for the future of Toyota, I designed a new forklift and smart warehouse dolly robot in my own style. California College of the Arts (CCA) created its first animation while preparing for the project. I can show the details of wheel movement, ambient lights, indoor lights, etc. and I think I can convey the message that I want to convey more easily and accurately. And, it was visually easy to design with the fusion360 program provided by Autodesk. Since I came across the program called fusion 360 last year, I have been designing using this program all the time. Through this project, I was able to learn many skills. I've seen my own progress and I'm looking forward to it.

Step 1: Step1: Problem and Solution

I designed new systems and new machines to change the unchanging problems that rollover and tipover have. Despite changes in the terrain, objects will not be tilted, unnecessary movement will be reduced, and multiple machines will help each other to build a smart and safe warehouse system of warehouses.

Step 2: Step 2: Ideate Industrial Design Solutions

Although the original forklift has a design that does not deviate significantly from the principal, small changes will be of great help. Wheel movement, height adjustment, and helping systems will demonstrate innovation.

Step 3: STEP: DESIGN

I paid attention to many details such as orange and future-oriented blue-purple led lighting, led light from wheels, and handwriting on digital screens. I have a basic design of a forklift.

Step 4: STEP: CALLANGE

While doing this project, I learned many things.1. To recognize and revive the characteristics of a particular company.2. Investigate warehouse systems and what problems and technologies they use.3. Not just design it pretty, but design it while thinking about engineering.4. I made a keyshot animation on the intro page for the first time. If I had more time, I could have shown better quality, but I was disappointed. Learning new things and making mine takes time, but it's fun and exciting.5. I like to use fusion 360 provided by Autodesk. It is the best program for me because I can design more organically.

I learned and used keyshot animation for the first time. There were many challenges and I am confident that I could make better quality if I had more time. Unfortunately, I'm satisfied. I hope you enjoy it. I'm looking forward to the future.
