Step 1: Create the Wood Support

Take an old (or new) piece of wood that fits your need.
Create a frame on the back to fit your electric wires.
Drill some holes on the wood - where the jointed pipes will be placed.
Add an electric switch for each light bulb you want to install. This way you'll be able to light up bulbs separately.
I've used old guitar strings as switch strings...
Decorate as you feel that day.
