It's called a one way mirror. When there is no light behind it, it looks like a mirror, when a light is turned on you can see what is behind the mirror.

you can use see through mirror, as they use in interrogation rooms. That way the lights will reflect alot more

Nothing. it's just glass reflecting the image back to the mirror which reflects back to the glass and on and on.

Nothing special on the top mirror, it's normally a transparent reflection glass,
The property of this mirror is, if one side is darkness then u can't see that side, by this mirror, only those side we can see by it, there has some lights.
Mainly this mirror is used in Car's windows.
