Introduction: Insanely Easy Smoothie!

About: I am interested in eating my weight in fries.
A suuuuuper insanely easy smoothie recipe! Just stick to the 3 key ingredients.
It can also be sugar-free, fat-free, low-fat, full-fat, vegan too!

The trick is to find the best combinations.
But go with what you love!
Love strawberries?
Why not try strawberry ice cream, strawberry yogurt and strawberries!

Here are some examples!

VANILLA ICE CREAM + BANANA CREAM PIE YOGURT + STRAWBERRIES

VANILLA ICE CREAM + LEMON YOGURT + BLUEBERRIES

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM + MIXED BERRY YOGURT + BANANA

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM + STRAWBERRY YOGURT + STRAWBERRIES/RASPBERRIES

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM + VANILLA YOGURT + BANANA

GREEN TEA ICE CREAM + VANILLA YOGURT + MANGOS

MANGO SORBET + VANILLA YOGURT + HONEYDEW



Step 1: All You Need Is One Cup of Each!


All you'll need is one cup of each ingredient and blend.
JUST ONE CUP OF EACH! AND BLEND FOR ONE MINUTE!
Just toss the ingredients in any way you like, depending on your type of blender.
I usually do fruit first, yogurt, then ice cream!
For this smoothie, I picked a cup of frozen blueberries, one cup of low-fat mixed berry yogurt and one cup of strawberry ice cream.

1. FRUIT
Any kind! Just a single cup! Or a whole banana!

2. YOGURT
This can be ANY KIND OF YOGURT!
For example....
FAT-FREE
DAIRY-FREE/VEGAN
SUGAR-FREE
LOW FAT
FULL FAT
ORGANIC
RICE
SOY
ALMOND
GREEK/STRAINED ETC!

3. ICE CREAM/SORBET
This can be ANY KIND OF ICE CREAM!
For example....
FAT-FREE
DAIRY-FREE/VEGAN
SUGAR-FREE
LOW FAT
FULL FAT
ORGANIC
RICE
SOY
ALMOND ETC!


And clean up is a cinch! Just squirt some dish soap into the blender and give it a nice long whirl.
