Installing Halo Trial Mods

In this instructable I will show you how to install halo trial mods. You can get halo trial for free at download .com.

Step 1: Create Seperate Files for Each Mod

First make a seperate file for bloodgulch.

you need to do this because you wind up renaming each .map file Bloodgultch

follow the example in the pictures.

 If you want to install a campaign mod, then name the file b.30.map if it already isn't named that.

Also, you may run into mods that are ppf files and need to be patched on to the original folders.
use ppf-o-matic 3 to apply it to the map(s)(copy the original files)

Step 2: Find the Halo Trial Data

Find the actual game data and open the map file
create a folder named bloodgultch and insert the original bloodgultch map into it.

Step 3: The Swap

now, insert the mod map.
Rename it Bloodgultch unless it is already named that!

Step 4: Enjoy Your Mods!
