These are step by step information slides about how to make your own Instrument! The following DIY instruments are a Drum-set, Pipe Flute, Thumb Piano and a Box of Rubber Bands. Follow these instructions and play on! Whoo hoo!!

Step 1: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

Gather 2 large cups and one small cup.

Step 2: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

Make a hole on the bottom of the smallest cup.

Step 3: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

You need 3 rubber bands.

Step 4: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

Add one rubber band and combine the three cups.

Step 5: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

Add another rubber band around the cups.

Step 6: How to Make a DIY Drum-set

Add one last rubber band, so in all you have three rubber bands holding the three cups together. And there you have it, your own drum set!

Step 7: How to Make a Pipe Flute

Gather the following materials:

- 6 Straws

- Tape

- Scissors

Step 8: How to Make a Pipe Flute

Cut the straws from high to low.

Tape the ends together and play away!

Step 10: How to Make a Thumb Piano

To start we need to gather the materials we will need to make the thumb piano

materials needed:

- Tin box

- Tape

- Scissors

- Bobby pins (different sizes preferred )

- Markers (if you want to decorate)

Step 11: How to Make a Thumb Piano

In order to get a different sound you will need the booby pin to be different sizes. if you only have the same size bobby pins you can cut them to different lengths.
