Project Overview:

Learn how to 3D model a moon with craters!

Step 1: Introduction

In this project you will learn how to create a moon that has several craters on the surface. You will continue to practice move/scale/rotate, learn to use the Hole material to create a crater, and how to use the Workplane Tool to easily make copies on the surface of the moon. When you are done, it will look like the image below.

In this project you will practice and learn:

  • Move and scale
  • Group/Ungroup
  • Removing material with Hole
  • Align Tool
  • Workplane Tool
