    Is your charger designed internally to accept 230 volts? It appears to be configured for the US market at 115 volts. Running a 115 volt charger on 230 volts could be disastrous.

    they are ok, I believe they are rated for 100-230 volts

    Yes of course. this type of ac charger are designed to work with both 110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz!

    it's safe to use it in US and in Italy as well. :D
