1 3/4 Cup Flour
2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Extra Large Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Strong Hot Coffee
Buttercream
1 Bar Butter
2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Topping
1/2 Cup Crushed Oreo
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Garnish
Fresh Sprigs of Mint
