Made with only 3 basic ingredients- Flaxmeal, Almond flour, and Salt. Almond flour is one of the low-carb keto friendly flour.

Below are the instructions and ingredients of healthy alsi ki roti.

We usually have very less Indian Vegetarian options for low-carb diets. This is easy to make and also a quick and easy recipe to make at home when you are in Ketogenic Diet (Keto Diet) or low-carb diet.

LOW CARBOHYDRATE INDIAN KETOGENIC RECIPE

A treat for KETO and Flax seeds lovers.

Step 1: Roast Flax Seeds

Heat up the pan, add Flax seeds and saute it for a minute or two and you will see flax seeds popping up. Keep aside for cold.

Step 2: Flax Meal

Finely grind it with the help of mixer & grinder.

Step 3: Take a Big Bowl

Take a big bowl and add freshly prepared flax meal, almond flour, and salt.

Step 4: Mixing

Mix well with the help of a spoon. Gradually add lukewarm water and mix everything well with a spoon

Step 5: Dough Making

Please continue to knead the dough by washed hand until it is mixed to a consistent texture. Leave to rest for around 10 minutes

Step 6: Making Tikki (Balls)

Divide into 3 or 4 small pieces and form into balls. Flatten these balls with your hands to form tikki(ball) shape.

Step 7: Parchment Paper

Place a Parchment paper on a flat surface(kitchen platform/counter). Flatten it over the parchment paper by gently pressing it with your hands. Then place one more Parchment on top

Step 8: Rolling

Roll with a roller.

Step 9: Perfect Round Shape

Make a circular shape with the help of lid (as shown in the video)

Step 10: Toasting

Lift them Gently and place it on a hot pan by slowly removing the paper.

Toast the roti on a medium hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side

Step 11: Serving
