K'NEX Basic Catapult

Hi! These are the instructions to my catapult. It is an original design and can fire anything! It goes quite far and has an easy fire mechanism. It uses very few parts and is easy to make!

I became pro for two years yesterday, and I have given away 2 of my 40 patches, and I doubt I will ever give them all away without hosting a few contests. The contest is to submit an Instructable (Must have instructions) that is Christmas themed, and send the link to me by private message. The winner will get a specially made patch.
The runners up will be featured in a guide.

What you will need:

Rods:
9 Blue
5 Yellow
4 White
4 Green
1 Red

Connecters:
5 Purple
5 Blue
2 White
4 Red
2 Dark Grey
3 Lighter Grey
4 Orange

Other:
4 Blue Spacers
2 Grey Spacers
2 Tan Clips
2 Same Size Rubber Bands

Step 1: Base

Parts needed for this step:

8 Blue Rods
6 Blue Connecters
6 Purple Connecters
2 Red Connecters

Step 2: Step 2

2 White Connecters
4 White Rods

Step 3: Flingy Part

1 Blue Rod
5 Yellow Rods
4 Dark Grey Connecters
4 Blue Spacers
2 Grey Spacers
4 Orange Connecters
2 Red Connecters
2 Tan Clips

Step 4: Connecting the Two

Just squeeze it in!

Step 5: Adding the Rubber Bands

Slide the two rubber bands through the holes of the red connecters.

Step 6: Firing Rod

4 Green Rods
2 Dark Grey Connecters
1 Red Rod
3 Lighter Grey Connecters

i made it a ballista by stringing the white pieces with rubber bands and securing the catapult arm the catapult is useless this mod is better

Tf? He doesn't have to leave an entire essay on this piece of garbage. "Nice" is actually being generous. This thing hardly works at all. The only way I got it to work was by modding it and even then it still had a hint of garabage left in it.
