Intro: K'NEX Gun: TAC 1 (Build)

Hey Guys! Well, it has been a while since I last posted my M6G Magnum, so I thought that I might take an opportunity to build a single shot pistol. While this gun, the TAC 1, is nothing special, it is definitely a pistol you could rely upon in an indoor/outdoor K'NEX War. The TAC 1is not too piece consuming, it is accurate, smooth to operate, and can launch yellow rods up to (if not over, this depends one what type and how many bands you have) 40 ft.

Features:
- No broken pieces
- No y-rods / y-clips
- Accurate
- Not piece consuming
- Fun to shoot
- Good range: 30 - 40 ft.
- Might be usful in a K'NEX war

By far the best knex single shot pistol. The first thing to note is that it has amazing comfort. The next thing is it's amazing power. I also think the bullet lock ties it all together and makes it the best knex single shot pistol.

ok so i am new to this website and i have had knex stored in my garge for 5 years and i forgot what are y-clips and y-rods

It looks okay, but it's generic, and there are better trigger designs for these type of guns, that block further back.

I was very scared that you might have beat me to an idea I had for a knex war gun. Luckily you narrowly missed my angle.

Anyway great looking handgun can't wait to see TAC 2!

Looks promising! (and mag fed) =D
My angle involves the outside being perfectly smooth with no protruding rods, that being said, the focus for my angle isn't the gun.

Thankee, and it is working well. I have transferred it to our new metallic pieces, so it looks rather fine. =D
