Introduction: Kaktovik Numeral Clock

laser cut clock using Kaktovik Numerals

Supplies

laser cutter

1/8 plywood

Paint/ brushes

corel draw for separating and use of Numerals

wood glue

clock kit

epoxy resin

Step 1:

laser cut a 10 inch circle

and 9.5x10 inch circle for a resin border.

Step 2:

using Corel Draw separate and save files for laser cutting and cut out the numerals.

Step 3:

using wood glue

glue circle border onto the bottom circle

glue all the numerals into the corresponding spots on the circle

and let dry.

Step 4:

mix epoxy resin to resin specifications and pour

while on a flat surface

and let properly cure.

Step 5:

drill a hole into the middle of the circle to add the clock kit and hands and you have a finished Kaktovik Numerals clock
