Step 1: Materials

You will need one PVC pipe that is about 2 feet or longer and has a width of one inch or smaller,you will also need a piece of cardboard that is about 11inches long,a roll of duck tape (but scotch tape will do) two 5 and a half inch pieces of cardboard with a width of 3 inches, some thing to cut with remember if you don't have the right size cardboard you can cut it out,and finally some sharpies to color with.

Color the PVC pipe

Step 4:

Cut slit into big piece of cardboard then fold

Step 5:

Cut out shape and put PVC pipe through

Step 6:

Tape sides together and tape handle on

Step 7:

Color

Step 8:

Cut out top piece

Step 9: Color

Step 10:

Apply

Step 11:

Chain (optional)

Step 12:
