King of Kings 3 Installing and Starting New Game/account

this is the problem I had installing and setting up the game for the first time..

Step 1: Step One Clicking the Download Button to Download the Eye Install File.

I click the download button and it takes me to the next step.

Step 2: After Clicking the Download Button It Sends Me a Small Exercise File for Install and Downloading the Rest of the Game.

Step 3: After It Sends Me the Small Install Exe File I Double Click It and It Shows the Next Step.

Step 4: After Double Click the Small Exe File I Get the Run Dialog Like Normal...

Step 5: After Clicking Run on the Run Dialog Is When the Problem Shows the First Signs of Something Bad.. But I Ecnor and Click OK and Move Onto Next Step.

Step 6: The Next Step Is to Wait for the King of Kings 3 1.6gig to Download in My Case It Takes About 10-15mins... Next Step

Step 7: The Final and Last Step Is Once the File Is Downloaded It Says This Screen and I Double the King of Kings.exe File and It Gives Me This Error Message and Closes.. What to Do Now It Just Closes and Gives No More Info.
