Knex Assassin Blade

A knex assassin blade that allows you to choose when the blade is fired.  I have designed an Ezio styled blade and a Altiar style.

Note: Ezio's an fire projectiles but Altiar's has a longer blade.

Caution: Do not fire blade at any person's or animal's face

Step 1: Pieces Required

Here is the list of pieces required to make the Assassin Blade:

Ezio:
   rods-
      1 gray
      1 red
      1 blue
      1 black
      1 elastic orange
      2 elastic blue
      10 silver

   connectors-
      1 black
      1 black Y
      1 orange
      2 white
      4 gray
      7 gray triangles

   1 rubberband

Altiar:
   rods-
      1 gray
      1 red
      1 blue
      1 black
      1 elastic orange
      2 elastic blue

connectors-
      1 black
      1 black Y
      6 orange
      2 white
      2 gray triangles

   1 rubberband

Step 2: Trigger

take a red rod and put a black Y on it.  take a orange connector and put a black rod at one end.  slide onto rod.  Take a gray triangle and put a blue rod on it.  connect to red rod.

Step 3: Ezio Handle

1.  Take four grays and attach them to the end of red rod.

2.  Take a gray triangle and add two gray rods to the ends.  repeat five times. add to red rod. 

3.  Take a gray triangle and add elastic blue pieces.  Add the gray connector to  the ends of elastic blues.  Connect them with a orange elastic piece.  Add to rod

Step 4: Altiar Handle

!.   Take five orange connectors and add to red rod.

2.  Take a gray triangle and add elastic blue pieces.  Add the gray connector to  the ends of elastic blues.  Connect them with a orange elastic piece.  Add to rod

Step 5: Blade

Take the gray rod and add the black connector.

Step 6: Finishing Touch

slide the blade through the holes of pieces.  take the rubber band and wrap it around the black connector piece and trigger.  Stretch the rubber band until you reach the end of the blade.

Not half bad man. They both look fairly cool, and they CAN extend fast and far, but the only con with these i found is:

It's often difficult to extend the blade. i I often found myself taking 8-15 tries to extend it.

Other than that, pretty good! 3/5

i made the altier one and didn't think too much of it, it didn't really stay together and  was not very comfortable.
