Knex Ball Machine Element: Locking Arm

Here are instructions for the most complicated element that I've made for my latest knex ball machine called Pluto.

It works well enough and uses a lot of special pieces, so make sure to check out Step1 to see what kind of special pieces you need.

I really like this element and have used it in a few small projects. However, every second time I build it, the ball just bounces off the guard rail after leaving the spinning basket. I really can’t figure out why it’s doing this. Usually if I just try to build it again it works fine. But to be having the same issue more than once I may just be making a simple mistake. Any thoughts?
