Here's a fun project. A Knex CD stand and pencil holder! Both are easy to make and good looking. Keep your CD's and pencils in here for when doing your homework and listening to music!

STEP 1: Pencil Holder

Here's the Pencil Holder. Just one step! (and pictures)

1. Make this.
2. Make 3 of these.
3. Connect those like so to get this.
4. Attach base to shaft-thing.
5. Done!

Cool! Go on for the CD Stand!

STEP 2: CD Stand

Ah, a CD Stand! Keep your CD's organized. And customizable!

1. Make the base.
2. Back view of the base.
3. Make these two thangs.
4. Also those two thangs as well.
5. Round all those up.
6. Attach a back onto the base.
7. Attach the other one too.
8. And also those two side pieces.
9. Done!

Cool! as well!

STEP 3: Finizh

Finizh. Funny word. Anyways, you're done! Add some pencils, CD's, and you're good to go.

The CD is.. alright., however, the pencil holder kinda sucks, no offence, but its really simple and the big holes in the sides make it ugly.

Well, if you don't like the gaps in the sides, why not put some small panels in them crooked? It would fill the gaps, and hold your pencils.

I disagree with hiyadudez, i think that even though the pencil holder is only simple, it looks good, the big holes make it look like K'nex, i think that the style really is personal choice as many people like one thing but then others like different.
