Step 2: Base

In the first pic it's showing you where the spacers and wheel holders are placed. In the second it's showing you to push them to the side.

Step 3: Roof

Follow the picture.
P.S. At the back two orange connectors on each side connected by a green rod.

Step 4: Motor

This is how the motor should look before you attach to the roof.

Step 5: Roof Motor Setup

Connect the motor to the roof as in the pic.

Step 6: Finished
