Intro: Knex Rail Gun X Project

Just a little experimental project I've been working on the past couple days for fun. I've been home sick so I figured I'd play around with this idea. I stole the frame from the front barrel of my SRv3 and mounted a rail system to it which contains the "firing pin" in this case it is the large plate piece. Uses a sear to hold it in place once charged until the trigger is pulled. I think this system has potental for a lot of power from a much smaller system than the SRv3. Anyway I'll leave these pics here until I work on it more. Good to see some still in the community! Have a great day

Srv3? I haven't seen anything about the Srv3 except on Youtube, think you can post an intsructable and maybe instructions for it?

Probably not anytime soon however I do have it still lol once I find some time I may consider it

Thanks for responding, maybe you can put up some pictures? but anyway is the srv3 a rbg or a real knex shooting gun?

It shoots Knex 500ft. It's pretty fun for sure
