Introduction: K'nex Instructables Prize Pack Stickers and Patch Display

About: A mechanical engineering major just looking to have some fun with K'Nex.

Recently I won a prize in the toys and connectors contest (K'nex contest). After receiving my prize I wanted to display my stickers and patch somehow and it only seemed fitting to display them in a K"nex frame. It is slightly warped to connect the frames but it all works in the end. The frame only holds three stickers and one patch because that's what I got in my prize pack. I know not a lot of people use K'nex and have instructables stickers and patches they want to display but I decided to post instructables anyway. I hope you guys like it!

Step 1: The Front

This is pretty simple just make what you see in the first two pictures and connect them together like in the second. Like I mentioned in the beginning the frame is a little warped so you will have to bend it a little bit but in the end it outs flat.

Step 2: The Back

Again make the first two pictures and connect them like in the second. And of course the warping is normal it will flatten out later.

Step 3: The Stand

You guys know the drill...Make one and two, connect like three.

Step 4: Putting It All Together

Collect the pieces in the first picture, the blue clips can be exchanged with the purple connectors and the purple with the blue, just make sure you have 10 clips. Also grab 4 blue spacers. Connect the white rods like you see in the picture I put notes on them so they are easier to find. Place the stickers and patch in and close the connecters. I put the middle sticker in backwards so you can read it. Next add any clips like shown. Finally add the final white rods where shown with blue or purple connecters on them. flip over the unit and put blue spacers where necessary. Lastly connect the stand where shown. Now you have a display for your instructables stickers and patch!
