Step 4: Gather/ Make These Parts

Step 5: Make the Chassis

Step 6: Attach the Platform to the Chassis

Step 7: Connect Tow Wench to Chassis

Step 8: Connect the Tow Tower to the Chassis

Step 9: Finishing Up
