Introduction: Knex Table Top Catapult

This is my first instructable i hope u like it. NOTICE this is not ment to be perfect its supposed to be a foundation for improvement. anyway leave me comments or anything u guys (or girls) think i should do better. I am also in the process of doing other knex instructables and a few airsoft ones if u have any suggestions just ask

Step 1: The Base

all you have to do is look at the pictures and do what u see on them. This base was built in 10 min so its not that great it might help to add more support and weight.

Step 2: The Arm (boom)

Now make a long rectangle of the purple (gray) 3-D pieces about 3/4 of the way down instead of adding a diaginal white put 2 white pieces facing up(look at the pictures).

Step 3: The Basket

this is the simplest basket i could make for the kinds of ammo i had.

Step 4: The Rubber Bands

The rubber bands u shuld use should be thick,strong,and big. If you look at the pictures you have to loop the rubber band around the yellow rod. you should do this to the rod that has the rubberbands on it (last picture)

Step 5: Finishing Up

1 this is what happens if it does not wiegh enough and it is fired
2 basic ball u culd put more than 1 in the basket at a time.
3 this is a small spike ball u can make the spikes longer with bigger rods
4 this is a gear ball its mainly the wieght that counts for this one
5&6 this is a knex grenade that i found earlier on this site it fits nicely in to the basket vertically
7&8 these are just other angles of the catapult.

Step 6: MOUNTAIN DEW
