Step 1: Onderdelen Klaar Maken / Prepare Parts

Eerste stap is 4 planken van gelijke afmetingen laten zagen.

Deze planken aan 1 kant met tafelfolie bekleden.

The first step is to cut 4 boards of equal dimensions.
Cover these planks on one side with table foil.

Step 2: Onderdelen Afdrukken / Print Parts

Part A t/m J afdrukken met een 3D printer.

Ik gebruikte PLA met instelling 0,2 mm laag hoogte en 20% opvulling.

Scharnieren en handvat samenstellen

Print parts A to J with a 3D printer.
I used PLA with 0.2 mm layer height setting and 20% padding.

Step 3: Assemblage Scharnierkant / Hinge Side Assembly

Scharnierkant plaatsen, uitlijnen en vervolgens gaten boren 4 mm en vastschroeven.

Place the hinge side, align and then drill 4 mm holes and screw tight.

Step 4: Assemblage Handgreep / Handle Assembly

Handvat plaatsen, gaten boren en vast schroeven.

Place handle, drill holes and screw tight

Step 5: Assemblage Opbergklem / Storage Clip Assembly

Opbergklem samenstellen en klaar.

Assemble the storage clamp and finished.
