Krunchy Kale Chips
Intro: Krunchy Kale Chips
A low in fat, high in fiber trendy snack. So easy anyone can make this at home. Try to eat only one!
STEP 1: Preparation
Wash and thoroughly dry a bunch of kale.
STEP 2:
Pull leaves off of stem.
STEP 3:
With your hands rub a small amount of vegetable oil all over leaves. Be sure to massage it on both sides and on curly edges, or it will not crisp properly.
STEP 4: Bake
Very lightly sprinkle with salt. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20 min. Leaves will shrink quite a lot. DO NOT TURN

I don't know I've never tried using other greens but, it wouldn't hurt trying
