Make your own poseable figure for whatever you need, from holding things, keep you company in your cubical, and whatever want them to do. Let's get started, there's some wire out there that can't wait to have it's own personality.

Step 1: What You Need...

The wire you can find at your neighborhood Dollar Store and each roll will make three little guys. Some pliers or scissors that can cut the wire and that's about all.

Step 2: Let's Get Started...

Measure out a pieces of wire that is 62" long and cut. Fold it half so that one end is 4" longer than other. Place the ends as shown, grab the ends so they can't move and slide your finger between the wire until your find the new center and make a tight fold.

Step 3: Forming the Legs

Place the new center line down on the table in front of you, point it away from you, come down 5 1/2" on both sides of the center line and bend up, you should have something like the picture shown.

Step 4: A Little Harder...

Study the photo for a minute and look the measurements, start with the short side and measure up 10 1/2" and make a loose bend back down, (loop should be be about the size of an adult males thumb. Bring it back down 5' then make a sharp bend back up, the sharp bend should be lined up the center line fold. Measure up 2 1/2 ' and make a 90 degree bend to the right. Everything should match the photo example.

Step 5: More Leg Stuff

Gather the wire up so you have what looks like 5 1/2" bunny ears as in the first photo. holding the bunny ears tightly, grab the left ear at the tip twist it toward the center, then do the same with the other ear (towards the center). Your legs should look like the photo.

Step 6: Body

Gather the wires together like photo one, these wires will form the core of the body. Now take the long wire and wrap it around the three wire, start wrapping from the back side and keep going around keeping it tight as you work your way up. as you approach the right angle bend make sure you stop leavening enough wire to make an arm. You should have something that resembles photo 3, clip extra wire so the both arm are the same length. Photo 3 is taken from the back so flip you man over.

Step 7: Finishing Touches...

Now bend the arms to make shoulders, elbows, and hands, also bend the legs to form knees and feet. You"re now done, your Little action figure is at your command, holding things, showing attitude, or just hanging out in your space. Notice the difference between the two figures, I've notice the thickness of the wire is different from one Dollar store to another. As always have fun and keep making.
