This is how to lace up your new shoes ladder style. from..

Step 1: String
Put the lace through the eyelets not over the top.
Step 2: String
Go through the next eyelet up and across, repeat with the other.
Step 3: String
Go through the next eyelet up and across, repeat with the other.
Step 4: String
Go through the next eyelet up and across, repeat with the other.
Step 5: String
Go through the next eyelet up and across, repeat with the other.
Step 6: String
Go through the next eyelet up and across, repeat with the other.
Step 7: COMPLETEO!
Your now styling and ready to take on the day!

Nifty, back in high school I had done something similar exceptthat the verticals were hidden on the inside and the horizontals wereonly one lace thick instead of two. I thought they looked morelike cartoon character shoes that way 9__9

And you can see the laces going from eyelets. On DJ's you cant see the string going from eyelets

Nice variant of my bar lacing style instructable. The only thing I hate about it is that you need very wide eyelets to lace your laces through.
