Step 1: Let Me Introduce You How to Make a Zipper.

Step 2: Cut All Leather Pieces and Prepare the Zipper, Make the Zipper at First.

Step 3: This Is Card Slot Back Leather, Draw This Line According to the Pattern, Here We Will Stitch Later.

Step 4: Here I Will Introduce a New Skill for You to Make a Thin Wallet. We Only Cut the Upper Part of Card Slot, and Replace the Down Part of the Card Slot With Cloth. Glue Them Together to Form a Card Slot.

Step 5: Align Them One by One, See, the Wallet Won't Be Very Thick Right? Only Sew Bottom Stitching Line With Card Slot Back Leather One by One. and After Doing That, Sew the Left Long Vertical Stitching Line, Look at the Picture Carefully.

Step 6: Now We Sew Zipper on Zipper Hole on Lining.

Step 7: Sew First Large Card Slot on Lining, Only Sew Bottom Stitching Line.

Step 8: Sew Second Large Card Slot on Lining, Only Sew Bottom Stitching Line Too, the Bottom Stitching Line Is Align With the Short Edge of Lining Leather.

Step 9: Now We Sew the Third Large Card Slot on Lining, But This Time We Sew the Middle Stitching Line, the Middle Stitching Line Will Sew 3 Large Card Slots Together.

Step 10: Now Fold and Glue the Lining Together, Glue the Edges and Punch Chisel Holes.

Step 11: Now We Make Gusset of Bill Slot, Here I Use Ruler to Mark Hole Places, But If You Have a Acrylic Pattern, You Can Make Marks by Using Pattern.

Step 12: Paint Glue on Edge and We Glue Them Together to Form the Bill Slot.

Step 13: Sew Stitching Line Along Gusset&large Card Slots Part, Don't Sew the Surface Part, We Can Sew Later. (But Here I Sewn Them Already)

Step 14: Sew Card Slot Back Leather on the Other Side of Surface Leather, the Wallet Is Finished.
