This is a Breath of the Wild inspired hot chocolate recipe, full of flavor, savory, chocolaty, totally delicious.

Taste buds be warned. It's gonna be amazing

Supplies

You'll need:

Cooking pot
3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup goat milk
1 tbsp corn starch
4 oz dark chocolate
1/2 pod vanilla bean
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp honey
3 anise pods
pinch of salt
white chocolate
whip cream
ancho chili

Step 1: Prep

Start by prepping your milk. Mix 3/4 cup whole milk with 3/4 cup goat milk.

Put a little bit of your milk in a separate bowl and mix in 1 tbsp corn starch. Set this aside for later.

Now chop up your dark chocolate (so it melts easier).

Step 2: Cook

Over medium heat, mix your dark chocolate with a bit of your milk and stir till the chocolate is melted. Add in the rest of the milk, the corn starch mixture, 1/2 pod vanilla bean, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp honey, 3 anise pods, and a pinch of salt.

Stir constantly until it reaches a thickness you like.

Step 3: Icing a Cup

Take some white chocolate, and melt it down till its melted, but not too runny.

Grab your favorite drinking cup and glaze the rim with the white chocolate.

Step 4: Pour and Garnish

Pour your hot chocolate into your cup. Garnish with whip cream and then top with some ancho chili.
