Introduction: Lego Batman Birthday Party
I have a young man who wanted a Lego Batman birthday party. I live in a remote area where I need to be creative with the things I can get locally or wait for weeks on end and pay an obscene amount of money for shipping. So here is my take on creating Lego Batman party favours and treats.
Step 1: Bat Signal Flashlights
Materials
- Photo paper
- Hole punch
- Flashlights (Black)
- Batman hockey tape
Directions
Wrap a piece of Batman hockey tape around the flashlight.
Print out the thank you cards and cut. Punch a hole in the top corner and slide the flashlight wrist band through the hole.

Step 2: Bat Juice Water Bottle
Materials
- Bottles of water
- Small Ziploc packages
- Double sided tape
- Hole punch
- Glossy paper
- Yellow and black ribbon
- Lemonade powder (I used Country Time Lemonade powder)
Labels
Remove the labels from the water bottles.
Print the water bottle labels attached on glossy paper, cut and apply to the water bottles using double sided tape.
Fill small Ziploc bags with the correct amount of lemonade powder (according to the directions) and punch a hole in the top corner of the bag above the closure.
Tie the bag to the top of the water bottle with the yellow and black ribbon

Step 3: Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks
Materials
- Large Pretzel Sticks
- Yellow and black candy melts
- Yellow, black and grey decorating sugar
- Pretzel wrapping bags
- Yellow and black ribbon
- Photo paper
- Hole punch
Directions
Melt the yellow candy melts in the microwave and dip the pretzels and let cool. I used a glass baby bottle as it was the right size to dip the pretzels.
Melt black candy melts and put in a Ziploc freezer bag. Snip a small corner of the bag and pipe the candy in lines over the yellow and sprinkle with decorating sugar before it dries.
Package when cooled.
Print thank you tags and attach to the ribbon.
Step 4: Jellybean Jars
Materials
- Wedding flavour jars (I found mine at Walmart)
- Yellow jellybeans
- Photo paper
Directions
Fill thejars with the jellybean.
Print and cut out the thank you cards and slide into the slot in the cork of the jars.
Step 5: Blackberry Gummie Bags
Materials
- Small Ziploc bags
- Blackberry gummies
- Photo paper
- Stapler
Directions
Fill the bags with gummies and staple a thank you tag to the top.
Step 6: Bat Cookies and Cake
I found a bat cookie cutter!
My older daughter made sugar cookies and decorated them with black royal icing.
My younger daughter made the cake. The city buildings and the logo were made out of black and yellow candy melts.
Step 7: Decorations
I decorated the party with plain yellow and black helium balloons, table cloths, plates, napkins, straws, and forks.
The party was in the winter time so we all went sledding and had a great time.
Everyone loved the Lego Batman theme and was amazed with all the cool treats they got to take home!
