Insert small stick into 1x cylinder as shown.

Attach 1x stud w/ clip to small stick as shown.

Attach 1x cylinder to stud w/ clip as shown.

Attach 1x cone to stud w/ clip as shown.

Attach Lego mini figure hand to small stick as shown.
