Lego StormTropper Helmet From Star Wars!

Introduction: Lego StormTropper Helmet From Star Wars!

About: Hi, I am Bacon Builder!

You probably saw one of the life size lego stormtrooper at Legoland or comic con, but it's not for sale and the lego custom builds are too expensive? Well, here is an instructable on how to build a life-size Stormtrooper helmet!( not wearable, display only) And feel free to make any suggestions!

Oh and the rendering program I used is called Bluerender.

Step 1: Background About the Helmet

So, this time, I built most of the StromTrooper helmet by myself, and I used a little bit of Nathan Sawaya's design because I was stuck at the front part of the helmet. So thanks, Nathan! And it took me 4 days to finish the helmet, and it was kind of frustrating sometimes but overall I am pretty happy with the results!

P.S. You should know Nathan Sawaya if you are a Lego fan, he's lawyer turned epic Lego artist!

Step 2: Making of the Helemt

These are the screenshots I took while making the helmet.

Step 3: Some Building Tips Before You Start!

You will probably encounter "Floating bricks" while making the helmet. The cause is because I added additional lego parts after I finished the main structure of the helmet, so those parts are not connected to the main structure. And the solution is putting a brick under the floating brick until it's connected to another brick.

Step 4: Actual Instructions

So again, this time, I created a video because it's hard to take a screenshot of every layer so I made a video to show you the instruction! The video might be too fast in some parts so you might want to slow it down. And the parts list are above. The number of lego brick used in this sculpture is 1613.

P.S. Here is the link to the video in case you are using the app version of Instructable.

And the LDD file of the Stormtrooper Helmet is available for download now!

Step 5: 360 View of the Sculpture

Here is a 360 view of the helmet!

Step 6: Conclusion

Thank you, everyone, for reading this instructable, and please vote for me in the Makers Olympic and Heroes&Villians contests because I worked very hard to create this instructable. If you have any question just ask me in the comment section and I guess that's it for today. See you next time! And I will upload more instructable in the future! And you can request me to make something you want to see by leaving a comment, and I'll see what I can do!

Wow! Without instructions, I don't think I would have enough patience to make it. Now I just have to find enough white legos.....
