Introduction: Lemon Vanilla Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
flour 350g
butter 250g
sugar 300g
eggs 5
vanilla sugar 10g
lemon sugar 15g
baking powder 10g
powder sugar 150g
lemon juice 4 spoons
Step 1: The Dough
Give the butter in a bowl and add sugar. Mix everything a few minutes give the eggs to it and stir again a few minutes. Now add the flour and the baking powder spoon by spoon. Give the vanilla and the lemon sugar to it and mix everything.
Step 2: Preparation
Butter a muffin form and scatter a few breadcrumbs over it. Fill the dough in the form and put it in the oven at 150 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3: Topping & Finish
Miw powder sugar and lemon juice. Let the muffins cool down and brush the lemon sugar mix over it. Let them dry a few minutes and enjoy. Look at my other work.
