Step 1: Layout Sheet Metal

Step 2: Punch Holds and Bend Sheet Metal

Step 3: Sand Blast Metal

Step 4: Powder Coat Sheet Metal

Step 5: Design Plate Frame Out of Acrylic

Step 6: Laser Cut Out Frame

Step 7: Test Frame and Check Holes

Step 8: Pull Off Paper Acrylic

Step 9: Add Hardware to Hold Plate to Sheet Metal

Step 10: Screw in Holder to Car to Bottom of Car

Step 11: Complete All Done
