These cookies are so light, fluffy, and cake like. They would be perfect for bake sales!!

Step 1:

In a large bowl cream together 1 Cup Granulated Sugar and 2 Sticks Softened Butter.

Step 2:

Beat in 2 Eggs

Step 3:

Stir in 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract.

Step 4:

Mix in 3 Cups All Purpose Flour and 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Step 5:

Add 1 Cup Pink Lemonade Concentrate and mix well.

*Note* You can also add some pink food coloring to really jazz up the color. I used a neon pink food coloring!!

Step 6:

Drop cookies by the spoon fulls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. These cookies will spread so be sure to put an inch or two between each cookie. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Step 7:

For extra lemon flavor brush the tops with the left over lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar.
