Introduction: Little Blue Bird Key Chain

Today I made a small, blue bird key chain out of perler beads, also known as fuse beads. This is perfect for school or a purse.

Supplies

For this keychain you will need,

  • Fuse beads
  • An iron
  • Parchment paper
  • Fuse bead platform

Step 1: Colors

Here are the colors and the amount of colors you will need.

Black- 33

Light Blue- 9

Medium Blue- 25

Dark Blue- 19

Yellow- 4

Light Orange- 3

Step 2: Grid

Follow the grid for the bird design

Step 3: Iron

When your done placing the beads on the tray, place a piece of parchment paper over the beads. Turn on your iron on to 4 (or a medium heat). Lightly move to heated up iron in little circles over the beads until all of the holes in the beads close up.

Step 4: Key Chain

After the beads have cooled down, poke a hole in on bead and put your keychain through it. Then your done! Hoped you liked this Instructable! Thank You for taking the time to read my Instructable.
