Introduction: Little Car - Office Box

About: If you like simple solutions then here you can find some of my crazy ideas.

This is my most sophisticated project I ever made.

I needed more than 100 working hours (for building + video editing)

The video is divided into 4 parts, every as short as possible.

Step 1: Making the Wheels

The tires are made of walnut.
The rims and the hubs are made of 3/4" birch plywood.
The spokes are made of brass rod.
The bearings are from a skateboard.

For the finish, I used mineral oil.

Step 2: The Chassis and Steering

The chassis and the axes were made of walnut with half lap joints.
The steering knuckles were made of swiss pine.

The steering is a full functional A-steering, (for the experts)

Step 3: How to Make the Box.

The box was made of walnut and pine plywood.

The black color is water stain.

Step 4: Fender, Lights, Hood and Finish

Fender and lights are made of swiss pine, the hood was made of pine plywood.

For the finish, I used mineral oil.
