Lotus Birdcage

As an immigrant culturally I do not celebrate Christmas, not as the typical American family anyway, however, in the desperation to fit in within the American society my family and I try our best to absorb the American’s values. Therefore, for this challenge I want to merge a little bit of my tradition into American with the basic concept of Christmas embodied in the ornament collided Buddhism in the form of a lotus flower in the design of a bird cage.
