Introduction: Lotus Flower Inspired Lamp
Another proof of concept which is open to changes in the future. this is a very simple and easy-ish build (provided you have a laser cutter). there's a lot more I wish I could have done with this design but time and resources were not on my side.

Interesting design... When you bent the acrylic, what heat source did you use? And how thick was the acrylic that you used?

it was 3mm thick acrylic and i used just a run of the mill hot air gun but you do have to be careful while heating it up because it will start to bubble if you keep the heat on it too long which i think you can kinda see in the pictures.

oh i should mention that the light that i used inside the base is an existing light that i cut the aperture for for it to sit into (you can sorta see it in there) and the design was much different i will attach a picture of that.
