Dear Waseem

Please watch carefully center pin of regulator 7815 is not connected with ground. Connect this pin with ground and your circuit will be turn on and works. Plz replay if your problem solved.

I had tried one circuit we hich worked very well; the Bass response was awesome. I retried it again but just didn't work. Perhaps the age factor; 77 plus, come silly error. Will post image shortly!!
