Hello, Today I am going to make a "MAKE IN INDIA sign board". I am very passionate to Design and Making things related to INDIA in INDIA.

Supplies

Requirements:-

Laser cutter, CNC machine,

Fevicol,

Particle board,

Black acrylic sheet,

Dduster,

Wall plugs,

SS screw,

Neon LED strip,

Straight brackets,

12V DC adaptor

Step 1: CAD Designing

Think about the design then made it in CAD software.

Step 2: Assembly

Engrave the design by CNC router on particle board upto thickness 7mm. Then cut the 50mm, 4 black acrylic strips on the laser cutter and placed them with the help of fevicol on the boundary as shown in the image. Insert green neon led strip in the engraved area on particle board. Connect the positive of led strip to positive 12vdc adaptor and negative terminal to negative 12vdc adaptor. On the switch and enjoy the beautiful art.
