So today let me show you my favorite recipe using the microwave. A mug cake is a quick and easy single-serving dessert made by mixing simple ingredients in a mug and microwaving it for a short time. It’s perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the hassle of baking an entire cake.

Supplies

  1. 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  3. 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 tablespoons baking powder.
  5. Pinch of baking soda
  6. 1 tablespoons condensed milk.
  7. 5 tablespoons milk
  8. 2 tablespoons melted butter
  9. 3 drops of vanilla essence.
  10. Chocolate chips (optional)


Step 1: MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS:

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda In a microwave-safe mug.


Step 2: ADD ALL WET INGREDIENTS:

  1. Add melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  2. Finally, add lots of chocolate chips. (optional)


Step 3: MICROWAVE THE BATTER:

  1. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until the cake rises. (Microwave time may vary.)
  2. Add lots of melted chocolate chips to the cake and then enjoy!
