Intro: Macaroni Mutabbaq

This is a simple recipe for cooking outside.

STEP 1: The Ingredients

This recipe is for 4 persons.

  1. 5 Eggs
  2. Chopped coriander
  3. Black pepper powder
  4. Pepper powder
  5. Fried shallots
  6. Leftover bolognese macaroni (can use any type of pasta)
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Salt

Tools

  1. Portable gas stove
  2. Double sided pan
  3. Blender (optional) - just to beat the eggs
  4. Mixing bowl
  5. Spatula
  6. Kitchen knife
  7. Cutting board

STEP 2: The Mixing

  1. Firstly, I break the eggs and mix it in a blender until the eggs foamed.
  2. Then I add fried shallots, chopped coriander, black pepper powder and pepper powder.
  3. I stir it lightly.

STEP 3: The Leftover

  1. Next, I preheat the leftover macaroni before I add it in the bowl.
  2. I mix the ingredient thoroughly.
  3. I add salt to taste.

STEP 4: The Baking

  1. I add cooking oil and preheat the double sided pan.
  2. Then, I put the mixture in it (make sure the mixture cover to the edge of the pan).
  3. I close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.
  4. After that, I flip the pan and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
  5. Then, it's time to eat.
