Husking a coconut is tedious task to do. to husk it you should have a proper technique and some basic tools. But this current machine is bit different and anyone can achieve good productivity with it. This machine uses simple lever mechanism to generate enough force for husking. A detailed video has added with step by step guide. To make this I have used some available structural members at workshop.

Step 1: Plan and Working Principal

See attached plan. It is showing basic arrangement of machine. It consist two blades , one is fixed and other is movable. Movable blade is welded with a lever and its placement is in right angle. Hope this plan is self explanatory and anyone knowledge with welding can easily understand it.
