Step 4: Assembly
First Step
- Make sure all the batteries are at the same voltage and same capacity
- Now put one by one into the battery holder
- Now use Kapton tape to tape it all
Kapton Tape - it is used to avoid the heat basically it is a heat resistance tape
Step 5: Welding
Second Step
- Now cut down the Nikkle plated strip tape at right length "See the image"
- First, make a pair of 2 parallel battery as shown in the picture
- and then connect all the 4 pair in series
- This connection is called 4S 2P
- You can also see the connection diagram above
4S - Stands for 4 Series
2P - Stands for 2 Parallel
Step 6: Meetup
- Now use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage now I got a reading of 16.49V it may differ from mine reading is totally depends upon the charge of the battery
- Now use Kapton tape to cover the back side of the BMS with several layers
- Now use a double-sided tape to stick the BMS to the Battery
Step 7:
- Now use a soldering iron to pre-tin the solder pad
- Now connect all the pads with small wire as shown in the images
- You can also see the pictures as reference
Step 8: Favoriate T60
- I love to use XT60 everywhere
- Now I used the special holder to hold the XT60
- And used some 14AWG silicone wire and soldered on the XT60
- Now used some heat-shrink tube to secure the connection
Step 9: Final Step
- Now I soldered the XT60 wire to the BMS
- And now used a multimeter to see the battery pack is working
- It's done

Question 4 years ago on Step 7
A little confused by the wiring diagram. the picture showing the wires soldered onto the pcb is a tad blurry, and the diagram provided by banggood shows the connections for the port on the side rather than the pads.

Ive wondered the same thing myself
