Introduction: Make a Faux Apple Watch
This is a contest entry, please Vote for me! Click the top orange ribbon on the top right of this page. =D
Whip together your own Apple Watch with aluminum, plexiglass, a watch strap, and a photo print out of the watch.
You'll need a table top CNC machine though so I'm just going to show what I did really quick rather than a step by step tutorial.
Products I used:
To smooth out the aluminium and plastic after cutting: 3M Auto High Grit Sand Paper: http://amzn.to/1ugce4K
Then to make the sanded plastic and aluminum clear or very shinyr: 3M Rubbing Compound: http://amzn.to/1uLu16h
Then to fill up the holes to make it look like molded plastic: Puffy Paint: http://amzn.to/1vq9LaS

There's no point today since you can just buy one. But it was hilarious before it came out. It just highlights some skills you can use for your own faux stuff projects.
