Make a Hat for Your Robot

what you will need

glue gun.

utility knife

giant popsickle stick

cube of balsa wood

permanent marker

Step 2: Cut Your Popsickle Stick

take 1 piece of popsickle stick

cut leaving the rounded end with about 1/2-1 inch to fit either side of your kendo robot,s head

if you visualise what sort of hat you want it makes it so much easier

i went for a trilby style fedora hat

next grab your balsa wood and saw 3/4 inch off

glue the balsa wood to your pre cut popsickle stick

which should be how you visualised it

then colour the hat what ever colour you wish using your permenant marker

then glue the hat to your robot
