Introduction: Make a Circle of Paper Chain People
Intended for children of 5 years and above. They should be able to follow the instructions without guidance. However, some parental supervision may be required when cutting. I have intentionally used simple line drawings rather than photographs to make it as simple to follow as possible. Just like flat pack furniture instructions there are no words! The instructions are universal and intended for children to use lateral thinking and prudent judgment to complete it.

You could make any number of radially symmetrical designs with this concept.
It could be people holding hands, it could be a snowflake, it could be 'most anything.
